All of our delivery carriers leave an \u2018attempted delivery card if they aren&#8217;t able to deliver a package, ready for you to rearrange your delivery for a more convenient day that suits you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If your order is going by courier, they\u2019ll too try your neighbors but also attempt a second delivery the next working day. If you\u2019re still having trouble receiving your order; you can always use the tracking information in the email they\u2019ll send you to re-arrange delivery for a different time or place.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you haven\u2019t managed any of the above, they take your well-traveled parcel back to your nearest depot for collection within 5 days from the first delivery attempt.
